i did most of this painting back in February/March of this year, for the anthro section of my folio. It's purpose was to see how good of a fluffy and soft effect i could achieve in PS. I never intended for them to turn into characters, but as i was drawing them suddenly this whole little story started forming in my head, and now i'm really quite fond of them. >u<;

My little anthro Bunnie characters.
Cotton (the brown one) is a Wild rabbit, and Paisley (the white one) is a Hutch rabbit. and they're both MALE, though i don't think i'd ever include any sort of....romance between them...even though rabbits are pretty horny. just awkwardness i think. XD
It's mostly just small adventure stuff, and Cotton calling Paisley a pampered pansy, rescuing him from rabbit traps and the like. Paisley's out to prove he can servive on his own in the wild, and most definately doesn't need Cottons help. *huph*
....i think i might give them some clothes though, if only because it helps convey character n__n;;;
and i chose the name Paisley because 1. it's frilly and girly, and 2. it reminds me of Parsley, which i used to love munching when i was young. and Cotton's just obvious. i always wanted a rabbit called Cotton. we had one named Peter. XD

i suppose i was most likely inspired by the story of 'Watership down' which i loved as a kid.
now, i don't know if i'll ever write any of this little story down. it's mostly just for my own enjoyment ...but we'll see.
and i think afew other characters will come. >w< meah.

anyway, i'm quite pleased with it. well...their heads anyway. and i hope you all enjoy it too.
